The Adoption Assistance Program provides financial assistance with the costs associated with adopting a child. You’re eligible to participate in the program if you work an average of 30 hours per week and have a minimum of 60 days of employment. Adoption Assistance is not available for stepchildren or blood-relative adoptions.
